After mapping out the best route, PLI went to work laying this water line to connect a local facility to the city water line.
With route plans in hand courtesy of PLI’s internal design staff, our construction team began laying this 6,000-foot water line for a local company.
PLI crews fused sections of 4-inch HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe together, installing the assembled sections in the trench and connecting to existing piping systems within the facility.
The crew exposed many unknown utilities while excavating, and because of their expertise, were able to avoid any damage to the lines. They then adapted the water line route to avoid the unexpected obstructions.
PLI finished the job by flushing and sanitizing the pipeline before placing it into service.
